The Metro Cebu Expressway is a 73.8 kilometer high standard arterial road (with 2 km tunnel) from Naga City to Danao City. The travel time is reduced from 3 hours to 1 hour and 25 minutes. Either you come from Naga City or from Danao City, the travel time to Cebu City is substantially reduced.

From Naga City to Danao City
The project is divided into 3 segments:
SEGMENT 1 will be an arterial road from the Minglanilla-Talisay boundary to the Mandaue City-Consolacion boundary, passing through Cebu City, with a length of 26 kilometers.
SEGMENT 2 will be from the Mandaue City-Consolacion boundary to Danao City with a length of 29.799 kilometers.
SEGMENT 3 covers the 17.15-kilometer length of the Minglanilla-Talisay boundary to the City of Naga.

This Cebu Circumferential Road estimates 1-hour travel time from Naga City to Danao City. There is a proposal to make tunnels to shorten the distance.
