  6. Special Power of Attorney (If the Owner cannot process the Building Permit)

  7. Photocopy of Owner's ID with 3 Signature Specimen

  8. HOA Clearance (from Subdivision where house is to be constructed)

  9. Barangay Clearance for Construction

  1. Certified True Copy of Title

  2. Tax Declaration of Lot

  4. Lot Plan* (Tracing Copy or Blue Printed Copy - signed and sealed by Geodetic Engineer
